Shipping policy
Orders received before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day to UK mainland, carriage is the next working day.
UK orders of £400 and over (excluding VAT) will be delivered free by cheapest method (usually Next Day), with the following exceptions:
- 10ft clear and coated glass
- Bulk orders of 1.5m clear glass
- Other exceptionally heavy items
- All glass shipments 1.5m and above with TNT are subject to a TNT applied variable surcharge
- Time for delivery given by the Seller is as accurate as possible but is not guaranteed and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequence of any delay
- The Seller will endeavour to comply with a request to the Buyer for delivery postponement but shall not be under obligation to do so. Any costs occasioned shall be the Buyer's full responsibility
- Loss of damage in transit must be notified separately to the carrier and the Seller within 5 days of receipt of the goods
- Any shortage must be notified to the Seller within 5 days of receipt of the goods
- Non arrival of a consignment must be notified to the Seller within 5 days of receipt of the Seller's invoice to the consignment.
